The terms governing Micropreneur accounts and products.
Operator and acceptance
Micropreneur is operated by SchoonLabs. By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. Contact dan@micropreneur.dev with account, purchase, or support questions.
Elements Pro license
An Elements Pro purchase grants the buyer ongoing access to the premium registry and updates for the operational lifetime of Elements Pro. It does not promise service for the lifetime of an individual or company.
Buyers may install, modify, and use the delivered source in any number of their own products, projects, and devices. Buyers may not publish, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the premium registry or component catalog, in whole or substantial part, as a competing product or source library.
Accounts and access
Keep account and license credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Access may be suspended for abuse, attempts to bypass authorization, or material breach of these terms. A full refund, a lost payment dispute, or an administrative revocation removes the associated entitlement and active licenses.
Availability and liability
Products are provided as available and may evolve over time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SchoonLabs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
